Reported by Logan on March 26:

As reported earlier, The Rock's new movie, which was previously titled "Helldorado" has now been changed to "Welcome to the Jungle." Apparently, the title has something to do with the Guns 'N Roses song of the same name, although I'm not sure what that something is. The Rock is rumored to be heading back to Hollywood sometime in May to start filming on the remake of "Walking Tall." The Rock will also be starring in a true story movie about a legendary Hawaiian king named King Kamehameha. No word on when production for that movie starts. There have also been rumors of a sequel to The Scorpion King, but that is totally unconfirmed at this point and wouldn't make much sense anyway considering the fate of the Scorpion King is played out in The Mummy Returns. The Rock continues to tell people that he will balance wrestling and acting for as long as he can.

An independent wrestler from the Pacific Northwest area, "Bruiser" Brian Cox was found dead in his apartment on the 24th. No cause has been determined.

WWE 3rd Degree, a special which was meant to help hype up WrestleMania also aired on Sunday. It went up against stiff competition with the Oscars and scored a dismal 0.7 rating. Advertising for the show had announced that Vince McMahon would be in attendance and that fans would be allowed to ask questions to the superstars. Neither of that happened though as McMahon wasn't there and fans didn't get the chance to ask questions. Michael Cole and Tazz simply had interviews with Triple H, Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan in front of a live crowd at The World, in New York. All three stayed in character for the most part and cut promos hyping up their matches for WrestleMania.

This past Sunday, the 75th Annual Academy Awards were held and Chicago Sun-Times movie critic, Richard Roeper was on hand and wrote a small piece about his experience in meeting WWE superstar, The Rock. Roeper met The Rock at an after-party and noted that The Rock has a soft handshake, joking that maybe he broke a few hands before and now takes it easy

After last week's main event, the Hardcore Ladder match, both AJ Styles and Raven were rushed to area hospitals to receive medical treatment. While Styles is expected tonight, it is unknown the status of whether or not Raven will appear. Raven lost a significant amount of blood from lacerations both in front and in the back of his head and, while he achieved his goal in securing a title shot against current NWA kingpin Jeff Jarrett after two months of hard fought battles, it is unknown when he will be able to take the match.

AJ, for his part, approached S.E.X. three weeks ago, making a plea to join them and figuring membership would be the black card he needed to win a title shot against Jarrett. Last week, Glen Gilberti further thrust himself into assumed authority over S.E.X. after the apparent resignation of founder Vince Russo. It will be interesting to see if Styles and Gilberti come to an agreement that is mutually beneficial to both sides as Styles struggles to regain his footing in pursuit of the World Title.

Matches Wednesday include:

Bunkhouse Brawl: Dusty Rhodes vs. ?
Rhodes called TNA offices pleading to be given the opportunity to lay out a challenge for a Bunkhouse Brawl, his legendary match. Just who is the opponent he wants to call out? No one knows for sure, but you can bet that it will be one insane match, much in the tradition that 'The American Dream' has become known for in his over four decades in the wrestling business!

Sadistic Madness, 8-ManTag: XXX & The Harris Bros. vs. The New Church & ?
Father James Mitchell put out the challenge for this match last week after XXX robbed The Church of their 2nd NWA Tag Title reign. The only problem is he has yet to name an additional partner for The Church! And sources report that Malice won't even be in the country tomorrow night. The only rule to the Sadistic Madness match is, to pin a man, he must first be bleeding!

Mixed Tag Face-Off: Kid Kash & Trinity vs. Amazing Red & Alexis Laree
Kid Kash's smugness has worn thin on many as of late. Trinity continues to stand by his side, but some are wondering for how long. In last week's three-way dance for the X Title, she got in a few shots of her own that proved she can stand any test. Red has stepped forward in announcing his new partner for this sure-to-be-classic battle, the lovely and talented Alexis Laree! Perhaps it is Red's hope that Laree can keep Trinity out of his site lines just long enough to capture that elusive pin on Kash.

One On One: Konnan vs. Jerry Lynn
Jerry Lynn took all evidence of S.E.X. from the X Division, bringing it back to the honored status it had. Konnan has been hell-bent on proving there wasn't anything to Lynn's efforts and that he is the one responsible for the success of X. Forget tag team partners this time - Konnan and Jerry Lynn are ready to determine once and for all who reigns surpreme in the X Division: the King of Luchadores or the New F'n Show!!!

The recently returned Slam! Wrestling website is reporting a possible spoiler outcome for Sunday's WrestleMania XIX WWE championship match between Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle. Apparently, there's a possibility of Team Angle turning on Kurt at the end of the show to explain his injury absence that will follow. Lesnar will likely make the save, and Kurt Angle will walk away from Safeco Field as a babyface.

The WWE website confirms recent rumors of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin begining to work on an autobiography project. Austin told the WWE website team that he was asked to do a book as soon as he came back and could have said no once again, but decided he's got enough to talk about now to do it. Three years ago, when he was originally asked to write a book, he felt he hadn't experienced enough for a book and still had a lot to go that would happen after the book came out. The ideal release date for the book is around the '03 holiday season
